Our focus is on preventable risk factors. Knowing your risks is important at any age. Considering effectiveness, we are recommending to start latest at age of 30. Regular Health Checks should be performed at least once in 5 years. You can find a lot of tests offered, but we will focus on that, that can be easy accessible and cost effective.

Physical Health

Equipment needed:

  • Soft Tape Measure Double Scale Body Sewing Flexible Ruler
  • Personal scale
  • Blood pressure monitor

If your BMI is 25 and higher

and/or

your Blood pressure is ≥ 130/ ≥ 85 mm Hg or you are taking blood pressure medication, You are adviced to take some additional laboratory checks.

However, Overweight, obesity and/or increased blood pressure is definitely indicator that you should take our free initial consultation.

Mental Health

For the mental health check, you will need 45 minutes and self assesment tool accessible from our clients portal.

Self assessment tools evaluates following mental health areas:

Depression

Depression affects 1 in 10 adults in UK. Around 4% of children in the UK between the ages of five and 16 are depressed or anxious.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.

Burn – Out

Laboratory Health Checks

Free NHS Check

If you’re in the 40 to 74 age group without a pre-existing condition, you should receive a letter from your GP surgery or local council inviting you for a free NHS Health Check every 5 years. You can also call your GP surgery to book a Health Check. 

Paid NHS Check

Commercial Check

You can choose from the following options:

  • Finger-prick blood test kit and collect your sample in your own home,
  • Patient Reception in central London sample collection by experienced staff.
  • An experienced nurse will visit your home, office or hotel to collect your sample for you.
